OMG i am so happy, been doing DC properly for 1 week and 3lb off so hit my first mini goal.

I do DC Mon - Fri only, Sat and Sun I have meals with the family still calorie count but we eat the same (only time we get to do it hubby don't get home till 6.30- 7.00 weekdays too long for little one to wait)

It seems to work and I have lost a total of 9lbs now since end Jan this year and I have had 2 loads of anitbotics for a throat infection :banana dancer::banana dancer::banana dancer:
