"Zero" calorie noodles

I use them, although I find them a little weird as I'm expecting them to be similar to spaghetti or regular noodles and they aren't at all. They are a good way of bulking out a meal although they don't have much nutritional value in a positive way either. I tend to prefer zoodles (zucchini/courgette spiralized or grated into noodle like strips) at the moment.
