Zero noodles

Can you eat these noodles on slim and save in unlimited quantities within reason of course! I've been reading about them and they seem to hv no carbs etc does anyone know please?

I'm no expert but I'm sure you can as they are basically nothing, I've tried them once but wernt to keen in them it was the texture that was strange for me but they were very filling.

Ooh-the idea of the noodles didn't appeal to me, but I might give the rice a go! Am off tomorrow afternoon so I'm going to go to H+b to see if they've got any thanks for the inspiration x
