Hi everyone, I have been following the 'filling and healthy' on WW for the past two weeks and I really enjoy the freedom of not counting points. I have been doing pro points and points before that so I have a good idea of what is in filling and healthy. One reason I changed to F.H. is that I found myself saving pro points for sweets, cake and unhealthy stuff
Has anyone any recipes for a zero pro point gravy. Also a zero or F.H. way to thicken stews.
