Hi,

I am new to Slimming World, though not dieting. I started Atkins last year and lost 16lbs but I got bored of preping two different meals. I friend sold me on Slimming World and how versitile it was; so here I am.

I now have just over 2st's of post baby weight to lose, i hope to lose it by my Birthday at the end of May.

GREEN DAY

Neslte wholegrain clusters (HEB), SS Milkk (HEA), 1/2 grapefruit.

Left over pork (HEB) fried rice (2syns), Muller light.

GREEN DAY

Two slices wholmeal bread (HEB), LF cheese (HEA), passata, ham (1syn), mushrooms, onion & melon. Yummy pizza for breakfast!

Missed lunch today as was out shopping so ate about 3.30pm doubt i'll want another meal.

Pasta, quark, LF creme friache (1.5syns), peas, sweetcorn, onion & chicken (HEB).

Going to my mums for dinner today, luckily she has some frylite and is doing my potaties this way. Yey for mums!

Jacket spud with marg (1syn) and beans, melon.

Roast beef, carrots, cabbage, cauli, syn free pots, yorkshire pudd (2syns), gravy (3syns). Strawberries, raspberries & mullerlite.

Today was my WI day and my scale says i've lost 1.75lbs, so i'm happyish:p

I know i shouldn't do this but i've changed half way through the day to an EE, a big fat juicy steak is calling me!!

Weigh in today, a bit sad as i gained 2.5lbs. Aside from Valentines day i followed the plan well all week, surely yesterday alone could not have put 2.5lbs on!

2 poached eggs, grilled toms, spagetti hoops and grapefruit.

Homeade roasted pepper and tomato soup (1syn) with 1 slice bread (1/2 HEB), mullerlite.

Spag bol (with veggies in it).

Don't lose heart. This happens to me. I have one evening off plan and I tend to gain but the main thing is that I've enjoyed it and get straight back to the plan.

Not stuck to the plan today, been a bit disappointed.
Stuck to the plan for 2 weeks but on day 13 (valentines day) i had a flexi syn day, I WI'd in the next morning and put on 2.5lbs!

I've behaved for most of the week but im going away this w/e and i know its going to break the Syn bank!! Going to see friends I havent seen in ages, really looking forward to it.

I plan to get right back on track upon return (Monday) and i hope i can do better. Might even start excerising if the weather behaves!
