Zizzi's - skinny pizza

Hi all,

Have a meal out booked at Zizzi's tonight and was checking out their menu options online. Their skinny pizza is made on wholemeal dough - the syn value comes out for the whole pizza at 18.5 syns. But could the dough be counted as a HEX B as it's wholemeal and the mozerella as a HEX A - or is it best to syn it.

You can take 6 off and count the cheese as a hea. Probably can't count the dough as a heb as it would have to have a certain amount of fibre to be counted as a heb
