Hi everyone, I am fairly new to this, only been doing it a week but loving it so far. I have a dinner party on Wednesday at Zizzis and I have no idea what to order, my weigh in is on the Friday and I really don't want to undo all my hard work, I don't suppose there is a sit on line that has the rough syn values listed for meals? or if someone could recommend a dish or two I would be very grateful.

I believe that Zizzi's do serve salads. Othewise the tomato based pastas would be a better option than say pizza or calzone.

Can anyone work out the syn values for a couple of dishes? Perhaps the funghi risotto and the raviolo di Capra?
