    Hi Guys

    Well im back, yaaayyy!!
    Got to target in April 2011...and the weight has slowly crept back on :( I did manage to keep it off until July, but our All inclusive holiday did me no favours at all...and ive bn stuffing my face ever since!
    So im back on track now, and hopefully this time its for good!!

    Homemade Chilli with Uncle Bens Boil in Bag Rice (is this still free??)

    Snack
    2 pieces of Galaxy Bubbles

    Drinks
    2 cups of Tea
    Water

    HEA: 350ml Skimmed Milk
    HEB: 2 Weetabix

    SYNS
    2 pieces Galaxy Bubbles = 3syns


    TOTAL SYNS FOR THE WEEK = 3

    Well, i was a bit silly starting Slimming World again when i had lots of weddings/parties and nights out planned. So starting Monday i will be back on track...cant wait!
    4 1/2 weeks till my Engagement Party :party0023: hoping to lose 6lbs by then!!

    Right guys, im back :) Im well stocked up on lots of SW friendly foods, and feel really focussed.

    Todays menu goes like this...

    MONDAY 3RD OCTOBER - EXTRA EASY

    BREAKFAST
    2 Chocolate Weetabix with chopped banana

    LUNCH
    Homemade Spaghetti Carbonara, with lots of mushrooms

    DINNER
    Diced Chicken breast, bachelors mild curry savoury rice and stir fry veg with soy sauce & garlic.

    SNACK
    Tangerine
    Pear
    Kiwi Fruit

    DRINKS
    1 litre water
    1 pint Diluted No added Sugar Robinsons
    2 cups of tea with sweetener

    HEA: 350ml Skimmed Milk
    HEB: 2 x chocolate weetabix

    SYNS: 2 X chocolate weetabix = 2

    TUESDAY 4TH OCTOBER - EXTRA EASY

    BREAKFAST
    2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread with minimal lurpak lighter and sliced banana

    LUNCH
    Homemade Chilli, plus some leftover chicken & veg stir fry from last nights Dinner.

    DINNER
    Chicken Breast, Cheese & Broc Pasta & Sauce & Salad with Heinz Lighter Salad Cream

    SNACK
    Fruit Salad - Strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & sliced kiwi
    Pear

    DRINKS
    1 litre water
    1 pint Diluted No added Sugar Robinsons
    2 cups of tea with sweetener

    HEA: 350ml Skimmed Milk (use some for Pasta n Sauce)
    HEB: 2 x Wholemeal Bread

    SYNS: Salad Cream = 2, Pasta & Sauce = 0.5, Lurpak Lighter = 2

    Im just doing it at home for now, see how I get on, so my 1st weigh in will be Monday morning.
    I am guna go back to class once I get back within my target range, think I've got 4lbs to get me there...not too bad I suppose

    HEB: 2 x Wholemeal Bread

    5 mini quiches with beetroot

    LUNCH
    Homemade Chicken & Veg soup on top of a small jacket potato

    DINNER
    Homemade chill with rice

    SNACK
    Fruit Salad - Strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries & sliced kiwi
    Pear
    1/2 cookie
    ...forgot to have my HEB, so only thing we had was a weetabix minis, so had small bowl of these-dry!

    DRINKS
    1 litre water
    1 pint Diluted No added Sugar Robinsons
    2 cups of tea with sweetener

    HEA: 175ml skimmed milk, 1/4 tub Kerry Low Low Spread(for mini quiches)
    HEB: Small bowl of weetabix minis

    SYNS: 1/2 cookie = 2.5, Soup = 2 (to be on safe side)

    2 scrambled eggs on 2 slices of wholemeal spread with 1 Laughing Cow Light Triangle...oh and a bit of ketchup!
    ...and a kiwi fruit

    LUNCH
    Homemade Chilli with savoury rice

    DINNER
    Chicken Breast, Cheese & Broc Pasta & Sauce & Salad with Heinz Lighter Salad Cream

    SNACK
    Grapes & sliced kiwi

    DRINKS
    1 litre water
    1 pint Diluted No added Sugar Robinsons
    2 cups of tea with sweetener

    HEA: 250ml Semi skimmed Milk, 1 LC triangle
    HEB: 2 x Wholemeal Bread


    SYNS: Salad Cream = 2, Pasta & Sauce = 0.5, Ketchup = 2

    I am so determined to be good at the weekend. Going to my friends house party, so got to be very careful and not over indulge on any naughties. Might have to take some low syn snacks just incase...either that or just over-fill myself with a huge dinner beforehand! Bought some vodka and diet mixer...NO CIDER WILL BE PASSING MY LIPS!!!!
    I think the worst thing for me, is the next day....hungover, cant be bothered cooking...yeah lets go get a McDonalds Brekkie...which follows by, hmmm the pizza shop will be open now, lets go crazy!!!! No No No No NO...its my party in just 3 weeks and really want to feel nice!

    Well, i went to a house party and although i did stick to vodka all night....i dont think it was a very good idea!!! I threw my guts up when i got home :9529: woke up on the sofa with a sick bucket beside me! So any syns i did have...ended up on the bathroom floor!! Oh dear!!

    I did not move of the sofa all day yesterday :(

    Im guttered coz i had loads to do, i didnt even manage to step over the doorstep!

    But hey ho...had my weigh-in this morning and lost 3lbs :bunnydance::bunnydance:

    SATURDAY 8TH OCTOBER - EXTRA EASY

    Banana Sandwich with a thin spread of lurpak lighter

    LUNCH
    2 Low Fat Morrisons sausages, 3 rashers of bacon, some par boiled potatoes, full tin of beans and lots of mushrooms...all thrown in the actifry-quite yummy!

    DINNER
    My first homemade shepherds pie :)

    SNACK
    None

    DRINKS
    1 pint Diluted No added Sugar Robinsons
    2 cups of tea with sweetener
    LOTS N LOTS OF VODKA :9529:

    HEA: 350ml skimmed Milk
    HEB: 2 x Wholemeal Bread

    SYNS: Lurpak lighter = 2, Vodka...lots, but ended up spewing my guts up...so does this count ;)

    SUNDAY 9TH OCTOBER - EXTRA EASY

    BREAKFAST
    Weetabix minis with chopped banana

    LUNCH
    Homemade Shepherds Pie

    DINNER
    Pasta with tuna & sweetcorn and tbsp extra light mayo

    SNACK
    Half a galaxy ripple

    DRINKS
    1 litre water
    1 pint Diluted No added Sugar Robinsons
    1 cup of tea with sweetener

    HEA: 175ml skimmed Milk, 21g Kerry Low Low on shepherds pie
    HEB: Weetabix minis

    SYNS: Half a ripple = 4.5, Extra Light Mayo =1.5

    2 Small Jacket Potatoes with a little lurpak, branston beans & 21g Low Low Cheese

    1 pint Diluted No added Sugar Robinsons
    2 cups of tea with sweetener

    HEA: 175ml skimmed Milk, 21g Low Low Cheese
