Starting a food diary for the final time. I have been attempting to diet for years but never been very good at it. This feels like my last chance as can't carry on like this. Need to loose weight as my husband and I have been trying for a baby for 4 years, I have PCOS and can't have treatment until my bmi is under 30, so here goes...
Wednesday 4th Jan - RED
Breakfast
35g porridge (b), 375ml skimmed milk (a)
Lunch
Chicken salad, apple, banana, orange, grapes, mullerlight, 3 babybell light
Dinner
2 eggs, 1 tbsp light mayo (2 syns), 2 slices nimble bread (b)
2 ryvita fruit crunch – 6
Total Syns - 8
