ZOE's WW DIARY...this time it's for good!!

Hi everyone
Well I'm back again!
I had my beautiful baby girl in September 2012 and gained 3 & a half stone! I managed to lose 2 stone through breastfeeding and just generally being a new mum!
Anyway, after the breast feeding stopped (I lasted 2 months) and eating everything in sight, I decided I needed to get back on track with my eating and decided to go back to weightwatchers.
Since going to weightwatchers on the 7th jan I've lost another stone...with only 9lbs to go until I hit my goal weight of 9 n half stone. So thought I'd keep a food diary to keep me focussed.
Any help/inspiration would be fab! X

My weigh in day is a Tuesday. I've still got all my weeklies left, as I'm going for meal with the girlies on Mon night (typical, night before WI!) so saving all weeklies for then!

THURSDAY 18/4/13

...I made this on Weds night and calculated it as 30PP then divided into 3 portions.
