On average you should lose a stone a month, some weeks will have great losses some not so, its not an exact science sadly! Taking regular measurements is always a good idea as on a slow week you will still see changes there if not on the scales x
amazing, in my humble opinion any weight lose more than 1 kg per months / 12 kg per year is not sustainable as your body will be protesting and start accumulating fat for the future. but this is just my opinion so good luck with it
