Well iv decided to try the exante my weddings in 6 weeks time. Iv been looking at my honeymoon destination, the Maldives and I cant see any fat people. Makes me kinda sad. My starting weight is 12 stone 10lb and im 5ft 3", so very over weight really. Its time I did something to make myself feel better mentally. Isnt it strange that by going on a 'diet' makes you feel mush better mentally and you see your body in a very different way... . By the time I get to the Maldives I want to feel ok about myself hence Exante diet. This morning iv had my porridge meal replacement and suprisingly it wasnt too bad. I quite enjoyed it. Halfway through my first litre of water and feeling ok. Iv decided to do this properly so il be cutting out cups of tea as I cant add any milk...not sure how this will go down but we shall see. Another hour and il be trying a 'vegetable soup'..... I like to think of it as space food, however my O.H. calls it the cat food diet as it all looks like pouches of cat food... at least hes supportive.. even though he thinks im a little strange at times trying various diets and not being able to stick to them for long. Lets see what happens with this one then..haha
