The exante journey

So I'm at the very beginning of the exante diet. I'm a veteran dieter ( ww , calorie counting , eatstopeat,dukan) although I'm still young and I'm tired of it . I want this to be my breakaway from my disordered eating in the form of binges , and secret eating and to begin a new healthy relationship with food .

I'm starting my journey on exante at my heaviest weight 184 lbs , which I'm not very happy to see but it will go down so long as I'm patient.

I intend to use the TS exante until I reach my healthy weight range for my height which is 153lb and then adopt the higher calorie programmes of exante to continue my losses but to begin my food introduction .

My ideal weight in my head is 10st but this may changd throughout the joirney . I have a big year ahead as i hopefully begin a business placement in September , my first holiday abroad in 3 years and a charity 10k to complete . I want the excess weight gone so I can begin ti regain the confident person I was in my lower weight range of 130-140 lb .

I've been inspired by so many other wants users who are currently maintaining who battled through much higher weight ranges than myself to become healthy so I really want to do this .

Realising I have wrote a massive essay , my intro to my diet is over :)

Today

So i ahve come to the end of my first day on exante and surprisingly it hasnt been too hard! I have been keeping busy with my assignment so i think that has helped, and the fact that there is no food in means there is no little nibbles throughout the day.

I had 3 shakes ( banana @12pm ,strawb @ 6pm ,choc @ 9:30pm) as i seem to get hungrier later on in the day ( more than likely boredom) and so leaving it as alte as possible helped. I like all the shakes, i had them quite thick today so i will play around with the water used.

I really need to up my water as I havent had enough , i just find it so draining to drink unless its ice cold ! i must remember to make ice cubes!

Seeing 184 on the scales this morning has really spurred me on, definitely want to see the back of that number asap , its just not helathy for my build whatsoever! I can see this being a tough few months on exante but the results are worth it and i have to do it now , do it once and get my head sorted around food and fingers crossed I will be able to stop the binge,starve,diet cycles.


Off to watch desperate housewives finale now :( went online to watch the series ahea dof the UK cant believe its all over !
 
Hey, I started yesterday an finding it not too hard.

I have done lighter life before and lost 6st but fell pregnant and forgot about looking after me and concentrated on the kids so all the weight has come back.
 
Ahhh completely forgot about my diary, I will get to grips with this website im terrible at the moment as a complete newbie!

This week has been my first week, and i am very shocked at my results , today i am 175 so that is a loss of 9lbs !! I am shocked because i have come off the plan for 1 evening on sunday as my friend is leaving the UK and we went for a full blowout meal, i tried to be conscientious with my choices but unfortunately the green eyed monster of what others were ordering got to me and the lack of low carb didnt helpa bit either, and i didnt want to feel difficult Anyway i was pleasantly surprised to see that the day after i had lost a pound, however this is not a free pass for meals out as i know this is justa fortuante occasion.

I have been trying to follow TFR , however i have had to have chicken salad at work as i cant use my blender ( cant hack the shakes otherwise) and also been eating promax diet bars in choc orange as they have the same NV as exante ones.

I have far too many chocolate shakes to work through ( bought them off ebay) , that is all i have for the week until payday when i will order my full shakes and bars bumper pack!

Once my exams are over with I WILL get started onto my 10k trainign by visiting the gym, however at the moment i have no time whatsoever!!
