anyone in for a 14 day shred??

after faffing around for the past 4 weeks enough is enough, starting today i am being extra extra good and getting my butt in the gym more - my aim for the next 14 days is not to weigh (eekkkk very hard for a serial weigher) and to stick between 1500 - 1800 calories and to burn 500 calories off in the gym - i am hoping to lose 10 lbs.

hopefully someone will join me and we can keep each other on the straight and narrow :)
 
well yesterday was a fab day, why cant all days be like that!

kept myself very busy, which helps
 
well sunday was a good day until i went out last night! had half a larger and a macdonalds on the way home :sigh: and no time for exercise either.but not going to beat myself up, onwards and downwards today is a new day and all that. going to the gym and swimming after work tonight, got my days food all planned out.

another fab day - am on a long late shift later so got my packed lunch ready. hit the gym the morning too

i never weighed in on friday am waiting til next friday, had a few rough days, not been very well so food and exercise have been the last things on my mind.

back to it today feeling much better - i have done race for life today and am very please with my time - 48 mins (it took an hour last time), weather was fab and i burnt off 459 cals doing it too.

going to have a fab week, feeling motivated :D
