I'm mainly eating fruit/fruit smoothies for breakfast, a low calorie shake for lunch and a hot meal containing chicken, veg, beans & pulses for dinner.
I'm using My Fitness Pal app, and it looks like I'm eating between 700- 1800 calories daily. The last two days I've been soooo hungry and just resulted to eating pasta which I've tried to cut out. As well as this I'm not eating anything dairy or bread.
I don't know if I should be eating more?
