Hi
So i thought i'd start a new diary. After being unwell i have put around 3 stone on :( and i am desperate to get it back off!
My starting weight is 12 stone 3 and i am aiming for 9 stone!

I am going to be calorie counting and using MFP :) i will be eating around 1000-1200 calories. I really want to lose 2lbs per week but i dont know if this is doable. I plan on walking 2 hours per day as of next week to help me through.

Anyway here goes to a new me! I'm hoping this diary will help me stay on track :)

Hi!

Just wanted to say good luck with your new diet, are you doing a particular plan or just trying to eat within your calories?
2lbs is doable on that low amount of calories, but even if it is a bit a slower, just remember that slow and steady loss tends to be a lot more maintainable than losing weight really quickly!
 
Thanks :) I'm just planning on eating within my calories and doing walking.
Yeh true I guess I want to lose this weight forever so shouldn't be a rush
 
So today's been a good day!
Breakfast - Special K
Dinner - jacket potato with beans
Tea- weight watchers beef hotpot
Snacks - grapes and a snack a jack thing
Around 1200 calories
Also did a 70 minute walk so hopefully burned around 250 calories there :)

Onwards and upwards!
 
Another good day :)
Breakfast - bel vita biscuits
Dinner - Turkey muffin
Tea - chicken stir fry
Snacks - grapes, seafood sticks a goodies yoghurt and a fredo

Also did 110 minutes walking :)
Did a cheeky check of the scales too and was down 4lbs I'm guessing that's water weight though!
Monday is my official weigh in!
 
Hey there - great loss first week, well done. Will add you on mfp. 2lbs per week sounds doable to me especially with your walks. The faster you walk the more you burn, if you carry some water in a backpack it could even be a power walk!

I see you've lost 10lbs in 3 weeks that's brill!!
 
Breakfast - belvita biscuits
dinner - Turkey subway 6inch
TEa - fish and vegetables
snacks - quavers, blue ribbon And activists yoghurt
:)
 
Breakfast - special k
dinner - Turkey salad on a sandwich thin
tea - chicken fillet and veg
snacks - grapes, ww yoghurt, banana and fredo
plus a 70 minute walk

Had hunger pains all morning argh!
so far I've had
special k cereal
special k bar
turkey salad sandwich
still feel hungry but not going to give in! Gym later!
 
gym went ok, only managed half an hour, im so unfit after putting 3 stone on!
i really need to push myself and do longer, I am going to be going swimming too though soon :)
good day calorie wise - 1200
been so hungry all day though argh!
also did a sneaky weigh in and was 11 stone 8! 4lbs down! Won't be logging till Monday officially though and I'm going out drinking Sunday so the scale could change lol
 
So I have survived the weekend so far! However I am going on a fancy dress beer walk today which will involve lots of rose wine!
ive had my breakfast and having a turkey subway for dinner then the rest of my calories will go on wine!
the hardest part is the day after I always get the beer munchies
i plan on going to the gym tomorrow! I plan on going every day this week! Just hope I can push myself to go tomorrow after all the alcohol!
