Weight Watchers points tracker and activity points?

Hi everyone,

I have been on Cambridge up until now but my BMI is finally under 25 (need to update my profile info!!) and I was desperate to be able to eat with my family again, so I've decided to move over to Weight Watchers.

I do shifts at work so I decided the online membership would be best for me, but I was wondering if anyone else who uses the online tracker could give me a bit of help?

My daily points allowance is 20, and so far I had saved 1.5 points from previous days. I also earned 4 activity points so far. I had a couple of treats today, and so I went over my points allowance (have eated 25). But I thought that would be ok as I have the 4 activity points and the 1.5 saved points.

But, the points tracker says I don't have any points left to save for the day, it's basically saying I have gone over my allowance. Is there something I need to do to tell it that I've used my saved/activity points? Or do you just need to remember yourself that you have used these points and accept that the tracker doesn't seem to adjust for them?

Cheers everyone,
Nicola

Hello and well done on your absolutely amazing weight loss!

If I remember correctly when you save what you have entered for the day and it gives the option to save up to 4 points each day, select 0. Im sure that this will then just take any extra points you have used from your saved/activity points. If this is wrong then there must be a different way as there definetely is a way to do it.

Hope Ive helped x

Cheers :) I think I'm getting the hang of it now. I'm absolutely addicted to tracking my food now though, I've turned into one of those people who used to drive me crazy, always going "ooh, there's 6 points in one of them, you know" ;)
