discovery points weekly bonus points???help pls

Hi every1,
ive just startrd the old points ww system, which i looked up about online after looking at pro points and a very many people saying they gained weight instead of losing it, so i used an online calculator for the old points to work out how many points im allowed a day to reach my target. it also says that u have 35 bonus points a wk for treats (going out 4 meals etc) i just want to check this is true pls. also i keep hearing most fruit and veg is zero but my calculator says their 1 point so far except bananas and kiwis are 2 and avocodo is 26.
any advice and help would be appreciated iv not gone 2 any meetings, i jas cant allow myself spend the money 2 join when i could use the money on my son. my friend recommended this site for support advice and people all wanting 2 suceed. :)

It sounds like your getting the two plans a little mixed up. If you want to do the old discovery plan, it might be a good idea to pick up a copy of the old plan from eBay.

Yup, the weekly bonus points thing is the new Pro-Points. On Discovery (or Vintage) Points you get a set amount of daily points and of those you can save 4pts (max) per day towards a meal/night out. You can only save them for that WW week though - whenever you weigh in and start your new week, your points are reset and any bonus points accrued are lost.

There's a thread here to tell you how many points you can have per day. I do agree with imso though, I've found my old Discovery WW books invaluable, so have a look on Ebay and pick yourself up some of those :)

I don't each much fruit but these are the points for what I do have regularly:

Apple: 0.5pt
Banana(sml): 1pt
Plums x3: 0.5pt
Grapes 100g: 1pt (I like to wash and freeze these for a yummy summer treat!)
 
I love frozen grapes, they last much longer and are delish :)
