Old points

Hi I'm only getting started on it today...have had a good day so far...I like the variety of food on old plan...I lost 3 st on it yrs ago :) so here's hoping

I worked out I only get 16 a day so I'm gonna have to be extra good with my planning or I will end up starving if I don't use them wisely.
 
the real old plan was 18 then they lowered it to 16 :sigh: I found my discovery books. I will have a look over the weekend and if i find the recipe i will put it on here for you.
I dont have the books with me at the moment as im at work.

I know I haven't started yet. Just gathering all my info and re learning the plan. I might just go with 18 and see how I get on. My problem is I love skimmed milk so could easily spend 4 pts on milk alone.

Well the girls on here advised me to earn 2 activity points a day for my milk so that my points are for food and i gota say it was the best idea. I do the lesley sansone walk at home every mornin. its 20mins but at least ive earned my milk for the day.x
 
Oh that's a brilliant idea, I must look that up on you tube and give it a go. Thanks for the tip.

No probs. Theres the 1 2 3 mile walk. I Usualy do the 2mile and thats enough. at least you wil have all your points for food and you will b able to manage better.x
