Hi guys!!

I done weight watchers a few years back and managed to get down to an impressive 8st 10lbs but unfortunately after a couple of years my weight has slowly creep back up to nearly 11st!!! I have tried PP but that doesn't seem to work for me so seen as I lost so much on discovery last time I thought I would give it another shot!!! Looking to lose around 1.5 stone. Do people just do the plan or do they work in some exercise as well? That seems to be what I struggle with the most!!! Looking forward to chatting to you all and letting you all in on my progress!! Xxx

Hi carlymate, sorry, didn't notice that you'd posted. Welcome to the discover board x We have a general chat thread called The Check In Point. Feel free to jump on in x

I exercise too, I discovered I can actually run a few years ago so that's what I do. I actually personally don't think it makes a massive difference to my weight loss, but I think it does help and it just generally makes my body shape look better overall. My tummy flatter, thighs better shape etc. Plus its good for your heart etc. I try not to go more than 2 days between a run so go out about 2 or 3 times a week. (When I run, I actually mean shuffle, I am VERY slow :)).

Do you do any exercise yet? Have you started pointing yet? X

Oh yeah I was thinking of running! I did c25k a couple of years ok but only got until the 3rd week so thought about having another shot at that! Yes I started yesterday! So far all going ok xx

Pleased to hear it's going well :) the first few days are the hardest I think (closely followed by sfree weeks in when the novelty had worn off :))

It's the c25k that I do, I finished it last week (for the 3rd or 4th time) it's fab.
