Hi everyone.
I have recently changed over to the filling and healthy and would like anyone to join me on journey to chat about the plan. I have lots of weight to loose and hoping to stick to it this time. Can't believe your allowed bread and crumpets:)
 
I'm going back to F&H after giving up on it last year. The only reason I gave up on it was because I couldn't afford the classes any more, but having undone all my good work on the plan in the last month I'm up for giving it another go. Good luck!
 
Good luck hun, I am paying for online monthly I don't like going to meetings. Still trying to get my head around the plan thoughx
 
Hey - I've also just signed up online. I was following SW but found it quite restrictive. F&H seems like the perfect alternative and I've really enjoyed day one today!
 
Here to follow - I am giving F&H a go although I usually do PP.
I need the volume after eating so much on the run up to the New Year!
 
Morning everyone:) thank you for replying.
I'm on my 6th day today I'm finding it ok as there is so much more you can eat rather than sw and portions can be a bit more than pp. I have 16pp to have before tomorrow but don't think I dare have them lol. Not really needed them. Had a sneak weigh yesterday and looked ok. But thinking maybe not weigh once a week as I get obsessive and get disheartened very quickly. I feel like it's going in the right direction though:) fingers crossed. How are you all doing? We can support each other x

I'm sure you'll do fab on the scales I'm a mid week sneaky weigher too hehe :)

How r u finding f & h? I'm been flirting between SW and random other diets for a few months I don't no whether to come back to ww? I seem to choose one meal I like to cook, eat it every day for weeks then get sick of it and find another favourite. How have u been finding coming up with different recipes? X
 
Hi Lola,

I usually do the same with meals but have been ok this week, I love the amount of different foods you can have, I know you can have them on sw but not all. I love that we can have bread etc. I try not to over gorge on it though. I even had tuna melt:) we petit tuna and light mayo with cheese grated on top! Lush!
When I get peckish though that's usually when I fail but don't seem to be picking so much. I hope this diet suits as it seems quite straight forward:) how are you doin?
Today I have had a big bowl of porridge with skimmed milk. 3 thins and tin of beans pork mince with sage egg sauce and a skinny cow ice cream. I'm a very plan eater too :( that's what I usually fail on x

hi I'm in if your have me ?. start my journey tomorrow (f & h ) and haven't done WW before I have always done SW finding it hard to believe some of the items you can have. Bit nervous and excited to try something different.

Mmm the tuna melt sounds delish! Will definately be making this :) That sounds like a good day! My plan for tomoro is scrambled eggs, chicken salad flatbreads & for tea mash, chicken, veg & gravy.... This will be the same all week I'm sure ha!

Hi there, I've just signed up to WW online, paid the 3month subscription and plan to follow the Filling and Healthy plan too. I have 7 stone to lose. :( Lost over 7 stone years ago on a low carb diet, but started eating normally again and put it all back on. I like the idea of Filling and Healthy, but know that I've also done well on WW points in the past too, so if I feel it's not working I'll just change to points. I'm usually ok at sticking to diets, but when I get to my goal, I forget everything i've learned and go back to bingeing on crap, so hoping to do things differently this time. I usually set my self dealings to reach my goals too and if I don't meet them I beat myself up, so this time around I'll just take each day as it comes. :) Good Luck everyone! :D

I think I'm going to weigh myself today (Monday) :) just scared lol but suppose I need to know it's going the right way. What day do you weigh on? What if people put there menus on here so you can different ideas? Just so you don't get bored?:) I went on to have turkey mash and beans and gravy wasn't all that but filled a gap lol! I have had 3 birthdays over 3 days and struggling to not have cake:( it was my twins and my 11 year old. But managed not too:) good luck with meals tomorrow x

Thank you for messaging:) I too have over 7 stone loose prob about 8ish since having my children I have lost gone back up several times:( few years back before having my youngest I lost 3 stone on the pp but put that plus more back on during pregnancy and after:( I can't seem to stick to pp at the mo have tried on several occasions I can't eat limited amount of nice foods:( I'm liking the f&h foods just hope they are liking me. Hope we can keep everyone motivated and help when they are felling down x

Good Morning, im from swindon in the uk and im another filling and healthy newbie here with about 8stone to lose, I started the diet last Monday so weigh day is today, im determined that this is going to work for me this time after many years of failed diets, i have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and along side that Background diabetic retinopathy which basically is a problem with my eyes, if i lose weight and reduce the amount of sugar i put in my body then it can lay dormant but if i fail at this then it gets worse until i lose my sight....hence why im determined to make this work. Any advice, meal ideas would be great, come on Ladies LETS MAKE THIS THREAD WORK for us all, WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

Sorry to hear about your health issues but glad to hear your determined:) they are testing me for sleep apneier (sorry can't spell) and that is scary for me that I have let my body get like this. I lost my dad 4 weeks today and I'm also doing it for him:( let's post new meal ideas etc to keep us all going:) we can do it!!! My meals are quite boring though lol x
 
Hi, yes it matters that we have all contributed to out additional health issues, but the main things is now we are trying to sort this, 2015 is the year we can sort this, I'm sorry to hear about your dad, it's a very hard time for you, I lost my mum 10 years ago, I was only 24 so I know how u feel, but lose weight, improve your health and make your dad prouder than he already was!
Are you based in the uk, as want to know if we can purchase the same foods and following the same plan, so far I'm enjoying the filling and healthy plan and love the warburtons brown thins, also given the brown pasta and rice a try and love it, my favourite meal I have had this week so far is a colmans Cajun chicken thingy, it's one of those shove it all in a bag , so raw chicken peppers onions uncooked brown rice water and spice all in a bag, bung in oven, less than an hour, one filling and effortless healthy meal done ( I added about an extra 50 mls of water as find brown rice needs more), although it Says it serves 4, it only serves me and my partner and if extra hungry a couple of brown thins tops us up
