Your favourite F&H branded products?

Me again! Sorry, lots of questions!

Sooo.... I'm just about to place an online grocery order ready to kick off my first week of F&H. I have the list of free foods, but wondered what I should be looking out for as great staple foods when I'm shopping - either F&H free foods, or low point treats. Are any tinned soups or 'ready' meals free?
