Hi all, been off minimums for ages now, had a lovely summer off work and getting bloody fat! About to weigh in at weight watchers. I'm going to be starting fresh as of tomorrow. Wish me luck...

Pasta n meatballs = 15 (homemade tomato sauce)

Been 100%. Finished work early so may do a little gym sesh?!?! OR I could just go tomoz morning!!! Hmmmmmm
 
Ok so ive decided to gym in the morning. I've also worked out that I have 14 weigh ins till Xmas so I'm aiming for a pound a week to be a stone lighter by Xmas! I can do this!!!

Gym time at 10am!!! Had a coffee and a banana but will have a proper breakfast when I get back. Love a Saturday morning workout :)
 
Hi tano. Welcome back to pp. good luck for ur journey. Day looked tasty yesterday n on plan. Well done. U can defo do a pound a week til Christmas. Hopefully yer first is a bit more so takes the pressure off a bit. Good luck :)

Thanks Hun. You have done sooooo well, I remember you from ages ago. Your determination has definitely paid off. I feel really determined now. I'm also finally ok with the idea of slowly and surely. If I lose half a pound a week, it's a loss in the right direction whereas before I wanted it too quickly. :)

Aw thank u. I've not really as weight loss been at a stand still the last 9 months. Just wudn go down at all. Been playing with the same few pounds now for months. But at least it maintained n not gained eh?!
Got a puppy a little while ago so been on a couple of short walks each day n seems to hav kick started something do hopefully losses will keep coming. No matter how small :)

Yea slow n steady I think is the way to go. I'm proof it's easier to keep off that way. Planning got the week ahead is also a really good idea. It's not always possible but as much as u can. Feel free to ask anything at all. If I can help at all I will :)

Hellooooo my lovely ladies! It seems like bloody forever since I was below 10, I was moaning then about getting to 9st 7, I'd do anything to be 10 stone now haha! Weekend was good, I pointed all sat night, alcohol included but I was so bloody ill yesterday and I ate rubbish! Toast, McDonalds meal, roast dinner and fruit flan haha! AND we have a huge pizza which we didn't manage to cook over the weekend so we have that tonight coz it won't fit in the freezer haha! So I've been good all day and will restart the pointing!!! :)
 
Sooooo 3 slices of pizza and salad, was so delish. All washed down with diet lemonade of course haha. (oh and it was a thin n crispy one...less points haha) xxx

White ham n rocket roll with salad cream = 6

Tomato n mozzarella salad = 6
Tomato flatbread =5

Hi Tan! I see we are both still chipping away at the lb's (although you're still an awful lot lighter than I am haha). I have just restarted JUDDD but going to follow and see how you get on :)

Hey lovely!!! Glad you're well! How have you been getting on? Have you lost? I'm a stone heavier than my lightest weight at the mo, although I do exercise a lot more now. I'd like to be about 10 stone I think! I can't be arsed to try and maintain 9st 7 hahaha xxx

10st is my ultimate goal! I am still in the 13's and it's really frustrating. Keep almost getting in the 12's then gaining and being at the high end of 13 again!!! Moving house soon to the city centre near one of those 24hr gyms so going to join in a few weeks. How much do you need to lose now?
