Hiya I'm here to lose a stone atleast! Going to give ww another go, any help will be fab I used to prefer the old points system I get really confused with Pro Points. I got weighed at the gym this morning, but I think I'll normally weigh on a tues or wed morning mid week is always better for me. I am 5'4 and overweight for my height, I was 2 stone lighter 2 years ago when I left ww.

Weight: 10 stone 7
Body Fat: 23.5%
BMI: 25.2

Thanks Serena :) iv done my first day today, I was doing SW so iv been really hungry today trying to forget about my belly rumbles ha...

Monday-

Coffee (1/2)
30 run, 15 cross trainer, 15 bike intervals (+10pp)
2 boiled eggs (4)
Ham (2), 40g feta cheese (3), mayo (1), salad
Fruit salad & coffee (1/2)
Roast beef (9), potatoes (3), gravy (2) & veg
WW yoghurt (1)

= 25pp

Phew day 1 over going to try save my weekly points for the wkend...

Ok thanks chick, what do u have for snacks apart from fruit? I'm off work towards the end of the wk il have to have a lil look at ppls good diaries for more ideas xxx

I don't snack during the day, just Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, in the Evening I always have a 5pp Full Size Choc and a 1pp Options, sometimes I have a Meringue Nest and Maryland Cookie too. X
 
Hi Lola and good luck with your ww journey.

Make sure you eat your activity points too. If you have 25pp daily to eat and used 10 for exercise then you've really only had 15pp. I never ate mine until I had a couple of weeks of staying the same. My leader chatted and that's when she realised I was exercising and not eating those points. Ate them the next week and lost 3.5lbs! You earned those points so use them. Also make sure you drink loads as muscle can retain water when repairing itself after exercise.

Zero point soups and sugar free jelly are brilliant ways to fill up or turn a meal into 3 courses. Are you going to a class or doing ww online? There are loads of recipes on there for very few points/no points. I can help out with recipes if you aren't.

Thanks hunni I'm scared to eat those points but I'm so glad uv said i can ha iv been starving all day today! :) what kind of exercise have u been doing to lose the most? I have a trainer and tend to do circuits, but last time round I was doing lots of cardio and it came off fast. At the minute I'm going to try doing it at home i always get embarrassed in the group chats.
What kind of soups do u make? I'm definately no Nigella hehe xxx

That tea hasn't really touched the sides... going to have a peppermint tea & nice bath to take my mind off it :)

I do but in useless wiv it is that an app? Il have to ask my dad tomoro I cud do wiv a journal. Thanks for the fruit advice iv just had some snack a jacks so only need to half half a point to my weeklys :) xxx
 
Wow you worked hard in the gym this morning well done you.
I make a butternut , carrot ,courgette and coriander soup its yum or sometimes I just throw in left over veg at the end of the week and make a soup outa it.
