Hi I'm Jenni I'm back on the band wagon again after a never heavy Christmas, I've been doing weightwatchers since June 2013 starting at 17stone and by October I had lost 2.5st and I kept that off and stayed the same till before Christmas,
but I have been greedy and over indulging and now I just got on the scales for the first time since and was horrified I've put on half a stone so now I'm back to 15st,
but today is the first day of the new me I'm gonna be focused and determined to loose 4 stone this year,
I have a goal as I need to be at least 13 stone before I can start ivf again and I really want a baby so I'm hoping I can do this ASAP wish me luck !!!!

I just been up town stocked up on weight watcher bits and went shopping for healthy food and just had some lunch,
Whole meal pasta
Passata & herbs
Peppers
Ww fruit pastels (1pp)
Whole meal pitta
Satsuma
Sugar in my tea (1pp)

OMG just had the mist amazing dinner I made a ww chicken chausser which I worked out at 2pp for 4 servings so I pointed as 1pp on healthy and filling, served it with roasted potatoes it was so filling and scrumptious,
then I made a cherry and strawberry fool with cherries, sugar free jelly fat free Greek yogurt and a geletine sheet with I also worked out as free in H&F ( correct me if I'm wrong anyone) I'm stuffed and enjoyed every mouthful of my dinner tonight god I live weightwatchers lol

diary - 4 stone to loose the veggie way
 
Ok well today is a very strange I have been up All Night with bad stomach pains so dosed myself up on pain killers but that's kept me away and I'm still awake now but fading rapidly lol, all I've eaten today is left over chicken chausser tastes even better next day lol,
Although I did start the 30 day plank challenge yesterday and I set my wii fit up again so I've onlyJUST managed to hold for 20 sec yesterday and today didn't realise how hard it would be but I did it ( tomorrow is 30 sec) and after a quick nap I'm gonna get on the wii fit, oops I'm rambling in sorry I'll blame it on painkillers and tiredness I'll leave it there for now lol sorry x

You still sound very motivated though! Don't over do it today as you are probably shattered! Get the water down you and see how you feel xxx

Well after 12 hours sleep I'm feeling better although not 100% but I did weigh myself today and I haven't lossed anything this week I kinda knew I hadn't as felt bloated all week and felt like I was eating all the wrong things for example in the afternoon if I got hungry I would have a couple of crumpets with jam 1pp where if I was pointing I wouldn't even look at bread, so I've decided I'm back on pointing as from this morning, just gutted I've been dieting for a week without any results
