New to ww

I all wanting some tips and advice on simple start I joined ww last night and would like to know what sort of meals you guys have I've always done sw but for some reason I couldn't lose any weight x
 
I have alot of the same foods I have when not on a diet juat make them from scratch, like curry with rice and chips, burgers, stew. Nearly everything can be made healthier!
