I have recently gained 6 pound I stoped goin to class for 3 weeks been back twice and lost 2pound really struggling to get this of need to as I need my 2stone off again and determened to not give up :)

Really upset put on two pound i dont knoe were am gpin wrong as my journey i only ever gain when its totm so back to my 6pound gain i refuse to give up and only thing iv started doing difrent is havin porridge :mad:
