I need to knuckle down and lose this weight

I have been doing WW since March and only lost 9lb. This is because I keep putting on and then have to lose the weight again. Last week I was 120% as I only needed 1lb to my 5% and I STS. Gutted as I came in under points every day and didn't eat my weekly points. This week I am trying the opposite. I am eating full day points and all my weeklies. I am doing a mixture of filling and healthy and pro points, depending on what I eat. I want to eat with my family in the evening and serving them up salad every night just won't cut it.

I have 10 children although only 3 now live at home. They range in age from 31 down to 11. I had 3 c-sections. I lost 5 stone on Cambridge diet 5 years ago and my weight has crept back on, mainly due to gallstones (32 of the blighters) and having to have my gallbladder removed. I swelled up and put 2 stone on in a month before I was diagnosed but didn't lose the weight afterwards. I now have 2 stone and 1lb left to lose to get down to 10 stone 5lb.

I am going to keep this diary so I am accountable and hopefully get a swift kick up the butt if I stray.
 
My food for today. I track on the WW app and my WI day is Wednesday. Unfortunately I cannot find out how to alter my week, to my weekly points go from Sunday to Sunday, so tomorrow I will have the 49 again.

Had a sneaky peek on the scales today and they have gone down slightly. I should really do some exercise but am having trouble sleeping and am tired all the time.

Going to have a filling and healthy day today, will post my food later this evening when I have finished logging it.
 
Hello Greeneyes! 10 kids - wow, you are truly a hero! My congratulations with such a big family! I wish you good luck with your weight loss! Don't get upset that you have not lost much. Just keep going and everything will be good! I believe that you will achieve all of your goals;-)
 
Hiya Ginger AV, thanks for reading my posts. Was feeling a bit alone for a while there. I only have 3 children left at home now, so not too bad.

I am busy decorating our house inside and out at the minute, we'll DH and DS are and I am supervising and cleaning up. Also doing a massive decluttering.

I have found that my food creeps out of control when I have a filling and healthy day, so am going to stick to points from now on. Today the scales have crept up to more than my WI last week so not happy. Today I will stay in control.

Right off to do some more cleaning and tidying, have about 2 weeks to get the house finished before my inlaws turn up from Australia. At the moment it seems impossible that we will finish it. We shall see.
 
WI day today and I lost 2lb. Really shocked as yesterday morning I weighed more than last Wednesday morning. I also did my 5% and only need 3lb to my first stone. Been doing this since March so about time I knuckled down and took this seriously.

Was really tempted by the boys pizza and chips tonight, but resisted and had Weight Watchers Curry that I bought in Iceland today. They were selling WW meals for £1.25 each or 2 for £1.50, but they only had 4 varieties. I did buy 6 of them though.

Food been good today and was really stuffed after lunch, will try and cut down on my portion sizes. Have had crumpet with marmite for breakfast the last few days with strawberries, blueberries and 0% fat free Greek Yoghurt, not all in the same bowl tho. Normally I would have 2 crumpets for breakfast, but am swapping the 2nd one for fruit. Way to go me!!!!
 
Yesterday's food was a bit naff. Started off at a Toby Carvery for an eat as much as you like breakfast. Now normally I don't eat anything else for the rest of the day, so works out fine. Yesterday I had a small amount of WW bolognaise for dinner and then went to the pub where I demolished 2 pimms and lemonade a, bag of pork scratching so bag of cheese and onion crisps and a share of scampi bites. Oh yeah, I also had a curly wurly and Milky Way.

Today is another day and I intend to be super good from now on to WI on Wednesday morning. I will write yesterday off. On a plus side, I did do lots of scrubbing yesterday and moving of furniture, so hopefully this helped.
 
So my out of control eating was because of my TOTM but it is slightly early so didn't expect it but that explains a lot.

So after a very bad Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I managed to claw my way back to a 1/2 lb gain. Really pleased with that as probably retaining fluid too. Onwards and upwards.

Have been good so far this week with pointing and so far have only used 1 weekly point. Inlaws hit the UK tomorrow from Australia. Luckily they are going to BILs first and not seeing us for another week. May get this decorating finished yet. Lol

I think I always overeat on filling and healthy days, so am going to stick to points.
 
My leader did say a vew people have gained with f h i dont think it agrees with everybody have u started ur propoints hun x

There is a girl in my meeting and she has done F&H without the weekly propoints, just the 2 treats a day since 8th January and has lost nearly 60lb. She refuses to do it any other way because it is working for her.
