ProPoints Christmas countown... 9 weeks, 9lbs

Hi everyone

I'm getting sick of restarting my diet now, iv been doing f&h the past couple of weeks which was working till I started eating my body weight in chocolate at night time. I'm going back to old and faithful counting, at least there's room for treats then!

This week my aim is to eat more veg and exercise more, starting tomorrow.

There's 9 weeks till Xmas I'd like to lose a lb a week before then. I do have birthdays and things inbetween so lets see how I go, positive thoughts welcome....

45 min swim (+3)
B: 2 boiled eggs (4) Banana
D: 30g cheese (3) warbutons thin (3) & homemade veg soup (3)
Apple & quavers (2)
T: 200g chicken (6) 50g smash (4) veg & gravy (2)

= 27pp

1 weekly used
+3 exercise

B: Banana shredded wheat & milk (6)
D: 30g cheese warbie thin (6) & quavers (2)
S: Birthday cake (8)... Tiny piece.... Peer pressure :-(
Gym: 15 hillwalk (+1) & toning class (+3)
T: homemade chicken curry (6)
S: buttons (2) & velvet crunch (2)

= 32pp

I've had no time to update lately! I've been very good got my weight down to 9.8, then had a week of takeouts and eating out for bdays, bonfire night, one thing or another....

So today I'm 9.10 :-( iv got a meal out tomoro but I really can't face anymore food at the min I'm determined to be good!

Today's plan is:
B: 2 boiled eggs (4)
D: Ham (2) & cucumber barm (3), mugshot (5)
S: Mullerlight (2) & banana
T: not sure yet possibly smash, chicken, veg & gravy

I feel so discusting after this week, Fridays not the best day for a fresh start but here we go :)
