ASDA Smart Price vanilla ice cream came out as 2pp for up to 160g according to my calculator. When I weighed this out it seemed a massive portion! Am I right seems to good to be true. Here are the values

Carbs 7.9g
Fat 2.2g
Fibre 0.1g
Protein 1.3g
This is for 100ml when I converted ml to g apparently it's the same

I ended up having 130g as like I said that seemed sufficient fingers crossed in right will live on ice cream lol

Hello girls, I dont want be rude, but you counting pp for ml but having grams. Its totally diferent 100 ml is not the same as 100 gr. Sorry for bad news:(

I was just about to say this that grams and ml are not the same.

But I still think it would be low pp for the amount :)

I used MFP to look up in the info & 150g of this ice cream is 6pp

Sorry - not as low as you may have thought :( [h=2]Nutrition Facts[/h] [h=2]Generic - Asda Smart Price Vanilla Icecream[/h]

I may seem stupid, but i went on a converter earlier today for something else, but it said that grams and ml are measured the same? or is it just the nutritional value that is different?
