Miracle Noodle

Has anyone heard/ used these and if so is there anywhere that sells them? Interested to hear if they are as good as they look apparently they are taking the US by storm and I would LOVE a big bowl of pasta or rice. I pointed 1kg of the noodles at 1pp

Ya have tried them got them in supermarket over here in Ireland, not sure where you get them in UK, id say health food shops do them anyway. They have no taste to them and the texture is kind of rubbery. But i use them sometimes if i dont have the points and want to bulk up a meal so very handy for that looks like you have loads on a plate for very little points.

If you have a speed peeler, you can make carrot & courgette ribbons which work quite well as a noodle substitute and they'd be 0 PP.
