I have been doing WW for 4 weeks now and have had steady losses of 2lbs a week which I am really pleased with. I'm hoping this will continue for another 4-6 weeks.
I am currently on 27pp and use all my weeklies. I know the lowest you can have is 26pp when I get down to that after a while do you think it would be wise to start reducing the amount of weeklies I use in order to keep the losses up?
