Starting ww but only ever done sw

Hi with ww do you get allowance for bread , veg, fruit etc like you do on slimming world or is everything points?!?! Help please

I joined WW a month ago after leaving SW lol.

WW now have the ProPoints plan (where you have daily points plus weekly points) and also the new filling & healthy plan which is fantastic.

With this plan there is a free food list that you can enjoy lots of free food from then you have flavour boosters and then your weekly ProPoints of 49 to use on treats and snacks etc.

I've enjoyed it so much more than SW and wish I joined it a long time ago.

I'm finding now because I can freely have warbutons brown thins, small loaf wholemeal bread, wraps, pittas, petit pains and crumpets these are all really filling so have stopped my snacking so much or feeling the need to grab junk food.

Also cereal like shredded wheat and puffed wheat is free along with porridge oats and skimmed milk so brill if you want to grab a quick bowl of cereal in a hurry.

I've not had to write things down anymore unlike SW where I was having to think about free food, superfree food, syns, healthy extras, etc.

This plan has been easy as you just think about your free food and make the most of us then use your 49 points to enjoy treats ?

Hi LittleHippo. Not sure if it will have helped Samfeely88 but it's definitely made things clearer for me! Must admit, I'm still doing SW but, the thought of free bread and certain cereals really appeals. :) Glad you're enjoying it and what a brilliant weight loss. I'll keep popping over from SW to weigh things up - no pun intended!!
