7st to lose

Hi both

i weigh 17st8 and have a lot to lose. Lost a stone so on the right track

we can do this, take it one day at a time as it is a not a sprint. If we lost a pound a week we would lose 4 stones in a year...

I have a lot to lose too. I started on 5th January with 7st 9lbs to and I've lost 24.4lbs on Filling and Healthy since then. It's amazing! I never feel hungry, and actually feel that I still overeat at times, so could possibly have lost more if I weren't so greedy lol. I haven't done much exercise either since I started, although I got a fitbit about a week or so ago and I'm trying to up the activity levels bit by bit. I feel that on F&H I don't feel deprived, as there's plenty of food on the 'free' list, plus you have your weekly points for treats. I haven't had any chocolate since I started, which is unbelievable, as I have a terrible sweet tooth, but I've been eating lots of fruit, smoothies and crumpets with Hartley's sugar free jam and I haven't felt the need to have any chocolate or sweets, but it's great to know that I have my weekly points and can have some if I really want. Hi, I started last year , I have lost a stone and still have another 6 to lose, its only the last 3 weeks that I have been able to get into the pro points but am loving it with all the free fruit . Good luck and we can all do this especially as the summer is coming , i find it easier to eat salads and fruit with all the lovely variety xx
 
Another weigh in and I've lost another 1lb (7lb first week)

8lb in 2 weeks very pleased with. Need to up my water intake

Ive got 5 stone to loose. I'm doing propoints and loving it, it's really helping me with portion sizes. I am a huge over eater and enjoy wine too much lol. Ive lost 81/2 lbs and hoping for a good loss this week weigh in number 4!
 
Hi ladies! I started WW Monday & I'm planning to do Filling & Healthy all the time. My start weight is 17st & my goal is 10st6lb.

I'm doing WW at home (no class or online) so I'm noting down food in my own journal. To be honest I don't think I've been eating enough, the F&H list suits me so well it almost seems too good to be true, and I think maybe I was overcautious with my meals. My standard day has been:

B: 2 slices of 400g wholemeal toast with flora light

L: 3 ryvita crackerbreads with ff cottage cheese & sweetcorn

D: brown rice with chickpea curry/quorn with spices & veg in a small corn tortilla wrap/jacket potato with salad & ff soured cream (just a few meals I've had)

SNACKS (over the day): apple, Satsuma, ff yogurt, banana with plain ff yogurt

It's not necessarily that I've been hungry & not eaten but I don't think I've eaten from the list until I'm "satisfied". I may need to look over & make some more filling meals, I'm veggie so protein is easy to miss but I'm trying to add more quorn & beans to my meals x
