Hi Ama, you are more than welcome to join us. I was reaching out for a group, but we seem to be starting our own here which is great.
It's a tough diet isn't it with all the temptation out there. I'm about to go with my dad and sisters for a meal for Father's Day and I'll be on the water and have a shake before we leave. What I realise is that I'm ok with that but it makes others keep trying to get me to go somewhere else so that I can eat with them. I don't want to make people uncomfortable so I've become a bit of a social hermit where food is concerned, and I'm ok with that.
Sounds like you have some good milestones to meet. Maybe we should all set a target for loss in June...I'd like to do 10lb I think.
