So here we go again. I was on Cambridge about 14 years ago and lost a ton of weight. Since then it's all crept back on and then some. I've been on and off with Cambirdge and Exante several times over the last few years and just when I start making good progress I sabotage it and end up going off the rails. So difficult compared to first time round when I did it and managed to stay on plan. I'm determined to see it through now as I'm just fed up feeling and looking the way I look now - especially with the weather being warmer now. The only person who can make the change is me so here we go again.

Yeah it’s very quiet now which is such a shame. Most people use Facebook and insta now but I like posting here without worrying about posting on the wrong page or annoying people by posting about dieting. Oh well at least there are still some people here
