Aug 26th - 12 stone 11!!!! - I know not an official weigh in date, but I felt slimmer jumped on the scales and it told me I have gained 5 pounds
I go up & down - no apparent reason. So I lost 5lbs last week weighing at home - but when I went to the clinic (90 mins drive away) I was up 0.1kgs on the week. Water, coffee, morning shake etc. At home, I go up sometimes - so you are slimmer - just got water (and more) and maybe muscle (heavier than fat!) tipping those scales.
