L - Potato & egg patties on wm toast & salad
D - Pitta filled with potato and egg patties, basil & yogurt. Leftover Green curry & rice
S - Pear, dried mulberries & figs
F - Lemon, ginger & honey drink, 6 black tea
E - 1.5 HR exercise, 2,000 steps
