Hello, Could I join you, I weigh on a Saturday too, as it's the ideal day for me, not too much going on, and I can indulge afterwards if I need to and make it up through the week!!!
STS for me this week, annoyed and a bit disheartened as it's only week 3 but am hoping for a higher than normal loss next week.

Keep going Claire, I only lost 1/2lb last week and felt like I had done something wrong, but when you think about it, some weeks you will loose even if its only a tiny bit, some weeks you wont loose anything, as long as you don't put on that's a bonus!! :bighug:
That's really sweet of you, thank you I hope come Saturday there will be an improvement especially seeing as I'm exercising this week too. Feels like a mountain to climb at the moment with how much I have to lose! How have you been this week so far? x
The week started well, but I have be ill for the last 2 days so I haven't been excersing as much as I wanted too. I am going out for a meal tonight with the family, and I know I will be tempted with cake, I just have to remember to count it and only have a small slice!! If I can excerise tomorrow then I will feel better, just hope I can loose more this week. The mountain always seems bigger when you first start or if you haven't lost as much as you had hoped, but I'm sure we will both get there in the end. :fingerscrossed:
