Just replied to another post on this haha!!

Ive been doing alternate day fasting for 5 weeks now, i love it!! Lost 5lbs but i havnt got very much to lose so really happy with a 1lb/week average! Hit a plateau on weightwatchers so went for a change and i dont think ill ever go back!!

Come join us in the Johnsons Up Day Down Day Diet forum, JUDDDD for short! It's an awesome diet, everyone is really positive and helpful! Hope to see you there! x

I'm planning on going onto 5/2 when I come off Cambridge. I want to do it as more of a lifestyle change than a diet, the scientific results for this way of eating are fantastic. I'm not just talking fat and weight, it's all about repairing current cells, rather than creating new ones.

I'm planning on doing 2 days eat, 1 day fast, 2 days eat, one day fast etc etc
    Started 4th September 2012

    Week 1: -10lbs
    Week 2: -8lbs (1 Stone gone)
    Week 3: -5lbs
    Week 4: -6lbs (2 Stone gone)
    Week 5: -5lbs
    Week 6: -7lbs
    Week 7: -5lbs (3 Stone gone)
    Week 8: -10lbs (4 Stone gone)
    Week 9 -2lbs (now on SS+.... scary)
    Week 10 -7lbs (on SS+)
    Week 11 -4lbs (SS+)
    Week 12 -2lbs (5 Stone Gone - Stage 2)

We are in "other diet options" !

Ps bayboy your spot on, I'm really interested in the scientic aspect to it, reducing your risk of certain cancers and heart disease, helping prevent Alzheimer's and dementia, and helping your cells to go into repair mode!
I'm viewing it as a lifestyle change and hope to continue doing x
