Hi all, have been messing around with juddd for last 3 months or so losing a bit then putting it back on. Previously lost 3.5 on vlcd but now looking forward to Atkins to get last 15 pounds off.

Well not too bad today, think ketosis is here now. I'm not hungry really at all. Which really helps me so much as I have a binge problem as soon as I touch carbs I can't stop. Usually on a carb bender for 3 days. When I'm in ketosis my cravings just stop!!! Love it. Well here is my diary. Its late and I'm in bed knackered but just remembered to post before I go to sleep.

I'm very carb sensitive and it just sends triggers for binges so low carb is going to be a lifestyle for me now. ( as well as weight loss I hope) how are you doing?

I'm subscribing to your diary. I'm about where you are weight wise and wanting to lose the same amount so will be interesting to see how you get there. I've been stalled at around 10.2-4 for too long.

Hi goldilukes, yes will be interesting to see. I'm desperate to see 10.4 but things keep cropping up and I'm up and Down the same few pounds. Going to give it a blast. I've not had a mim today. I think they stall me. All I've had is scrambled egg and bacon so far and will eat tonight for meal out but Thinking I will go for steak and salad. i weigh in usually every day so keeping a diary will help. X
