    Crackers help?

    Hey guys,

Just wondering if anybody knows of what an alternative is to a cracker? Doesn't have to be a cheese cracker. I just want to eat something that I can have some Philadelphia cream cheese with.

Any tasteless type of cracker would be lovely.
    Thanks

You can make flax crackers. Buy ground flax seed - mix with water and spead out in dish. Either bake or microwave to dry out - very tasty
Or used sliced cucumber (particularly good with salmon on top)

Alternatively buy low carb crackers from low carb megastore online - but i didnt tell you that since it's "frakenfood"
