Can anyone offer me some motivation before i fall off the wagon?!
Usually when i stick to under 20g carbs a day, i can lose 1lb a day. I know this will vary wildly depending on TOMT, water consumption and exercise, but i haven't changed what ive been doing all week and yet each time i get on the scales (same time every day with no clothes on) im the same weight as what i was on Saturday morning. And im nowhere near TOTM.
Just starting to lose the will to live and fancy just eating a great big greasy takeaway! makes you wonder what the point is help! xxx
