    Current BMI: 27.6
    Goal BMI: 24.1


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st11lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st5lb
    % Lost 14.2%

    Been the same weight for 4 days now :(

    Hi all

    Can anyone offer me some motivation before i fall off the wagon?!

    Usually when i stick to under 20g carbs a day, i can lose 1lb a day. I know this will vary wildly depending on TOMT, water consumption and exercise, but i haven't changed what ive been doing all week and yet each time i get on the scales (same time every day with no clothes on) im the same weight as what i was on Saturday morning. And im nowhere near TOTM.

    Just starting to lose the will to live and fancy just eating a great big greasy takeaway! makes you wonder what the point is help! xxx
    Mini goals

    Get into the 11's- DONE

    11.6- DONE

    Get into the 10's- DONE

    10.6 before Malia on Aug 12th

    Ultimate goal- 9.6

    There could be all sorts of reasons - but I would really recommend you don't weigh more often than once a week.

    And if you're on Atkins you can have the greasy breakfast any time you want. Or all day!

    Hehe this is true, although im craving a Chinese as opposed to a cooked breakfast! I tried to only weigh once a week but i couldnt do it, i need to see im losing weight in order for me to keep going. So at the moment im like arrghhh xx

    Hi, I'm def no expert I've only been doing this for a week but I was reading the diaries on here and I've seen it mentioned a few times that it can stall for a bit then come off in a whoosh so keep going and hopefully you will see a good loss. I know it must be frustrating I like to see the scales going down each day too but we can't always see what's going on inside, another idea is to eat completely different food to what you would normally eat that could get things moving x

    Ok well i weighed this morning and i was 1lb down. So lost 3lbs since last Thursday. Im abit happier now thanks for the advice everyone, im pleased to say i didn't get home and pig out!! xx

    Have you took your measurements? It could be that you've lost inches instead of scales moving. It happens often on this way of eating. I've been passing the same lbs around for months now, imagine the frustration but whilst this is happening at least I'm not heading back up to where I came from. I tell myself that for comfort.
