Hey :-) Just wondering... I did Atkins last winter, and have forgot everything!
Is there a certain amount of fat we have to have? Could you have too much?
I know carb intake is Under 20g?
So typical day would be..
bacon eggs and tomato for breakkie
Ham salad for dinner
tuna and cheese in peppers for tea
Pepperami, babybell or ham/chicken slices for snacks.
Am I on the right track?? :-D
