Induction Restart after VLCD

Hi everyone,
i am coming back to atkins after being on LL for three weeks. I just had to eat, the shakes were killing me. I do wish I could change my username as I am not empty anymore. Yay!
i have just spent ages writing down atkins recipes from here so I have a good arsenal of ideas to keep me on the straight and narrow. I will be visiting daily and rambling a bit so anyone that wants to ramble too I would love to hear from you.
