    My journey - 1 month, 2 stone down

    Thought as well as having my main diary I would post my loss pics on here. Planning on taking some first weigh in of each month.

    I started on 28th December at 261lb



    1st February at 233.5lb, just under 2 stone down.

    S&S
    Weeks 1->4 -24.5lb (-12lb, -5.5lb, -4lb, -3lb)
    Week 5 -3lb
    Week 6 -4.5lb
    Week 7 -0.75lb -32.75lb



    If a loss of 1lb requires a 3000 calorie deficit then my deficit so far has been 96,750 calories!

    I've lost the weight of my whippet!!

    S&S stands for Slim and Save and is a Very Low Calorie, total meal replacement diet.
