1st February at 233.5lb, just under 2 stone down.

Weeks 1->4 -24.5lb (-12lb, -5.5lb, -4lb, -3lb)
Week 5 -3lb
Week 6 -4.5lb
Week 7 -0.75lb -32.75lb
If a loss of 1lb requires a 3000 calorie deficit then my deficit so far has been 96,750 calories!
I've lost the weight of my whippet!!
