I downloaded his book to my Kindle some time ago and often reread it for a bit of motivation. It's an honestly written book and he talks openly about how his obesity affected him both physically and mentally. He comes across as a really warm, funny and kind person and he worked so hard to lose the weight. He lost over 30 stone - an amazing achievement!

That's the one I've got it on my Kindle, going to start reading it ASAP.
