    List the benefits of your diet/exercise/lifestyle change apart from weight loss!

    I was thinking it would be motivational to list the benefits of my diet OTHER than the weight loss. Anyone else wanna give it a go? Side benefits of your diet/exercising/lifestyle change!


    Apologies if there's a thread already for this!


    * My skin looks much better
    * My stomach feels less bloated
    * I'm wasting less food - hardly ANY food winds up in the bin now! Yay, not wasteful!
    * I don't get acid reflex or heart burn as much
    * I don't feel guilty because I'm not overeating anymore
    * My family have stopped telling me I need to do something about my weight which is great because that used to annoy the heck out of me!
    * I'm feeling hope. Not just about my weight but about the future. It feels like I have one again


    Start 15/02/13: 13st12lb
    W 1: -11 lbs
    W 2: STS
    W 3: -2.5 lbs
    W 4: -1.5 lbs
    W 5: -2.5 lbs W 6: -2.5 lbs
    W 7: -1.5 lbs
    W 8: -2.5 lbs
    W 9: Didn't weigh in - very random messy time!!!
    W 10: +3 lbs
    W 11: -6 lbs!!!
    W 12: -2 lbs - Now 11st11lb

    Goals: 7lbs- Be 12 stone "something"- 1 stone- under 30 BMI- 1st 7lbs- 2st- Be 11 stone "something"- 2st 7lbs- 3st- Be 10 stone "something"- 25 or under BMI-
