    Going to try and have a low calorie day today to make up for the feast yesterday. I slept through breakfast so I've only had lunch so far which was tomato soup and some bread. Going to try and keep snacks to a minimum and aim for 1000 cals hmm not sure I can do it! Wish me luck

    So far I've had a tin of soup with some chorizo slices and a slice of toast to go with it, just had an apple now as I was feeling peckish. Not sure whether to have soup again for dinner or a stir fry hmm decisions!

    So yesterday I finished on around 800-900. Had soup for lunch, a Spanish chicken dish and then had some chocolate and fruit in the evening. Hoping for another low day today but I am doing a free trial at the gym tonight. Nervous and excited

    I had some bad news when I went to the gym yesterday, they took my HR and at resting it was 119!!! Ive had trouble with my HR in the past, even had to stay in hospital for a night because it was too high and they nearly wouldn't let me join the gym because of it :-( I'm so worried about it all. I'm going to doctors this morning to see if I can get some answers once and for all! I am fit and healthy so I have no idea why it's so bad.

    Thank you all for your concern. The doctor told me that some people have a very high resting HR and that generally its nothing to worry about unless the rhythm of the heart is abnormal so I'm having a ECG done tomorrow and some bloods/thyroid tests on Monday to see if there's any infection etc. fingers crossed all goes well. I was naughty and had a pasta at Prezzo tonight but I'm still well under 2000 cals I'm at about 1700 but walked a fair bit so hopefully it won't matter too much.
