    Thanks berry it always seems that way it doesn't rain it pours! She lives about and hour and 15 away from me so hoping to go up there Sunday, I only passed my test a yet ago (even though I am 30) and have only driven on the motorway once in my own but it gives me anouther little challenge to set myself,

    The belvitas are lovely I try and have the yoghurt ones one day and the 4 packs the next they really do work I don't eat till about 12.00 of I have them where as I used to snack mid morning before

    OMG I am learning to drive now (I'm 25) its such a flipping effort but I feel I have to do it! and I look around and see some of the cretins on the road and think "if they can pass then SURELY I will be ok?!?!" hahaah! That will be nice to pop along to see her and another achievement and ticking things off like that always makes me feel more positive.

    Just about to have the belvitas I hope they do keep me full! I have the four pack ones, honey nut and choc chip - they were on offer in tesco this morn

    Breakfast belvita ( switched to the strawberry ones oh my god they are lovely they taste like jam in the middle ) 220

    Takes me to 1030 and I am really looking forward to dinner and its only 7.30 in the morning
